Culture as an Overlay

Culture if only existing one can be studied and investigated as it is just too broad which evolves the way people live within the living framework that consists of infinite elements of forces from a belief based, to interactive and concrete based form.
Architecture which or supposedly deals with culture may only treat existing and the passed culture as a reference in forming an idea for the uncertainty or the present presence.
A culture of uncertainty or the presence can be described as an overlay. The overlay can be known as the concrete gathering of the living framework consists of multiple forces according to space and time of particular point in a plane. And if it is to be dealing with design, the only shortcoming would be the timeframe given for a particular project to the designer to actually deal with the entire concrete elements which can be in some cases almost infinite in the quantity that frame individual to form culture as his way of living.
